GleeKart (operated and managed by Trendify) values your satisfaction and aims to offer a hassle-free return and replacement experience. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating any request.
Return Policy – Replacement or refund
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for replacement or a complete refund.
You can return the product in following scenarios:
i. Product damaged -Refund/Replacement
ii. Wrong/different product delivered - Refund/Replacement
iii. Size & fitting issues - Replacement
iv. Issues with color of the product - Replacement
v. Quality of the product not as claimed in the product info - Refund/Replacement
vi. Other issues – Please describe the shortcoming in the product delivered – Refund/Replacement

Initiating returns
To start a return, contact us at support@gleekart.store. Send photos of product as received (mandatory in case of damaged parcels/products). Approved returns should be sent to:

Please do not send any items back without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Timeframe: Timeframe to initiate return is within 7 days from date of delivery of order
Replacement Policy
If your item is eligible for a replacement/exchange (as per scenarios mentioned above), we’ll ship the replacement once your returned item is received and approved.
Replacement Delivery Timeframe
- First approval of return: Within 1-2 days of receiving return request on email
- Final approval of return: Within 1-2 days after receiving and inspecting the item condition
- Replacement orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after original product is received and finally approved
- Delivery typically occurs within 2–7 business days after shipment (As per Shipping policy)

- Order Delivered: June 2, 2025
- Exchange Requested: June 5, 2025 (can be requested last by 9 June 2025)
- First approval of return: June 6, 2025 (last by 7 June 2025)
- Product received back by Trendify: June 8, 2025
- Final approval post inspection of product: June 9, 2025 (last by 10 June 2025)
- Replacement Shipped: June 10, 2025 (will be done by 11 June 2025)
- Replacement Delivered: June 13, 2025 (Subject to Shipping policy)
Refund Policy
If your item is eligible for a refund (as per scenarios mentioned above), we’ll issue a refund once the returned item is received and approved.
Refund processing timeframe
- First approval of return: Within 1-2 days of receiving return request on email
- Final approval of return & refund: Within 1-2 days after receiving and inspecting the item condition. Communication will be made to customer on approval of refund.
- Refund processing timeframe: Within 2 business days of final approval of refund.
- Refund credit timeframe: The amount will reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days from refund approval. Bank and card issuer delays may apply in exceptional circumstances (these are in control of Payment Gateway and are not in our control).

- Order Delivered: June 2, 2025
- Return & refund Requested: June 5, 2025 (can be requested last by 9 June 2025)
- First approval of return: June 6, 2025 (last by 7 June 2025)
- Product received back by Trendify: June 8, 2025
- Final approval of refund post inspection of product: June 9, 2025 (last by 10 June 2025)
- Refund initiated at payment gateway interface: June 10, 2025 (will be done by 11 June 2025)
- Refund credited to customer’s original payment source: June 13, 2025 (will be credited by 17 June 2025)
If more than 9 business days (as per maximum timeframe for approval (2 days) and credit of refund (7 days)) have passed since refund approval and you haven’t received the amount, please contact us at support@gleekart.store.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
